On their first collaborative album Balogh Melinda and Bősze Tamás Jean-Pierre create a magical musical world for a fairy tale that was originally a medieval romance. For their "Tündér Ilona és Árgyélus", they adapt fairy tale and lyrics, while also including bits of poetry. The music draws richly from Hungarian folk music, using melodies from Moldavia, and the Gyimes, Gyergyó and Kalotaszeg regions of Transylvania. The rich and unique instrumentation and harmonization opens new doors, making completely modern secular theatre music.
