Tóth Viktor Tercett

The Tercett’s repertoire consists of compositions by bandleader and saxophonist Viktor Tóth, written and performed in a spirit that hovers between composed and free music, seeking to capture the energy of the moment. The members of the band have previously played together in several other formations, which is why their musical interplay is polished and their performances are dynamic and creative. The members of the band have received Jazz Musician of the Year awards on several occasions. Viktor Tóth, György Orbán and Dávid Hodek have been performing together in the Tercett in the same lineup for 18 years. The ensemble has given numerous highly successful concerts at festivals and clubs across Europe, India and Africa.
