Chamber Thursday: Sárkánygarbó

Sárkánygarbó is an acoustic singer-songwriter duo formed by Petra Kóródi (guitar, vocals) and Emese Tóth (ukulele, vocals), and one of the shortlisted acts of Kikeltető 2025. Their lyric-driven songs explore rural life, moving to Budapest, love and heartbreak, blending these themes with motifs from Hungarian folk songs. Bese Szórád recently joined the duo, bringing in several additional instruments to soften their melancholic sound. Their debut album, Tiszán innen, was released in 2026. They have performed at venues including A38, the House of Music Hungary and numerous clubs.
