The ‘Fonó Spring’ concert series presents interesting fusions in mini concerts on Wednesdays and Saturdays

Jazz pianist Kaltenecker Zsolt recipient of Hungary’s Artisjus and Gramofon awards, has performed in concert halls across Europe. Now he’ll shine for us in a solo concert at the Fonó where he’ll perform mainly material from his 2015 recording “Revisited”:
“…chosen from music I’ve written over the past 25 years….my playing is particularly rhythm centered and I use mainly the piano’s low and middle register…the record is unusual because the emphasis is on composition, rather than improvisation…”
