Muzsik and Volkova

They’ve been playing music together for more than 10 years and formed their duo in the summer of 2016. Muzsik and Volkova have created a new world of music, their songs are sensitive and outspokenly reflect on community and personal life situations, and social history. Their instrumentation is colorful and characterized by experimental solutions. In July 2017 they won the jury grand prize at the Veszprém Street Music Festival and Volkova won a special award amongst the festival competitors. In the spring of 2018 they were amongst the 12 awarded bands in the Szimpla Lemming Program.
