Fitos Dezső Group has started children’s dance groups at the Fon ó

We welcome the next generation of folk dancers: Children aged 5 years and older.

Folk music, games, singing, and dance for children in two age groups. If you’ve got lots of energy, then you belong at the Fonó – home of folk dance and folk music. The fonó (spinning party) was an important community place in traditional village life – it is also an important center for folk dance in Budapest.

Award winning dancers and choreographers Kocsis Enikő and Fitos Dezső have already brought up generations of dancers. They are the masters and directors of these children’s dance groups. All interested children are welcome to sessions twice a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays - starting at 16.30 and at 17.30.

Schedule:
16:30-17:30 children 5-8 years old
17:30-18:30 children 8-12 years old
