Bonchida Day -

with Magos Ensemble

Every year Magos Ensemble has been organizing events at the Fonó featuring the folk music and dance of a particular area. After Transylvania’s Maros region, Nyárad region and Udvarhelyszék, this year they present the Transylvanian village of Bonchida/Bonțida with workshops in folk music, dance, singing,  lectures on ethnography, gala performance and finally a dance house. Magos Band prefers to learn first-hand from traditional musicians and they have an excellent rapport with musicians of Bonchida.
