Novan Experiment is a series of monthly concerts featuring improvisation. Hosting these evenings is Mörk Band’s keyboard player, Novai Gábor Jr. (Novan).

Every month two guest musicians from the Hungarian jazz, folk music, electronic or pop music scene are invited to come and join the free musical conversation on stage.

Each performer brings what interests them the most at the moment. This may be an unusual instrument, or musical idea that hasn’t yet been tried in front of an audience. The result each time is an eclectic musical experience during which uniquely inspired compositions are born on the spot.
