Upcoming events
Beginning and advanced dance classes, singing instruction, ethnographic lecture, photo exhibition, traditional foods, performance, dance house – all a
celebration of traditional life in the Transylvanian village of Százcsávás /Ceuaș
!
…and maybe you’d also like to try the award winning wine from Százcsávás, or listen to the five part singing tradition of the Csávás Choir! Come to the Fonó on February 22, 2020 for this Hungarian Százcsávás Event.
Until now the dance house movement has NOT focused on the traditional couple dances done by Hungarians in the village of Százcsává s. First we got to know the now-famous band from the village and the local Gypsy dances.
