The traditional master dancers and musicians - the dance house movement’s village ‘informants’ - are one-by-one moving up to the dance house in heaven. We will be talking with dance house movement participants “revival informants” that were there from the beginning - also our masters. They were the first ones to visit and absorb the world of the peasants in which our dances, songs were born. Their stories and experiences can be our guide.

Folk Forum intends to bring up specific issues important to the dance house movement, inviting individuals with differing viewpoints to a discussion. We hope that those who attend will join in the conversation.
